Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Every Snuggle Cloak order is tracked from our warehouse to your door.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $70 USD, to any country
  • $8 flat rate on orders under $70 USD, to any country

Delivery Time

Please allow up to 2 months for the order to be delivered because these are made to order. Shipping typically takes 8–14 business days after being made. Please note that delays can occasionally happen, which may alter these estimated timeframes.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, courier backlogs, severe weather and peak seasons such as Christmas can add time beyond our control.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your Snuggle Cloak ships. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to correct it.

Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages

Once your order is handed to the courier, it is in their care. We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the courier, or for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If tracking shows your parcel is genuinely lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve it.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare reduced values.

Multiple Items

Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages and on different days. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.
